您的 php.ini 沒有去設定時區。
去設一下就好了。

請問直接用記事本開啟PHP.INI修改為Asia/TaiPei後存檔
我這樣設定後
偵錯的訊息仍舊一樣

要重新啟動喔...

我有重新啟動IIS
甚至還重開機
仍舊沒改善
順便請教
PHP.ini還需要有其他的設定嗎??
Tad老師說您也是架在IIS下
除了PHP和MYSQ外還需要安裝其他套件嗎??

我是在win下，但不是IIS下（IIS我也架過，是沒問題的）
我是建議用XAMPP，簡單快速又方便。

只是tad_uploader無發安裝
錯誤訊息如下：

請老師協助(經爬文好像部分語法不支援mySQL5.5)

等新版的吧～不然就自己手動修改一下sql即可
把TYPE=MyISAM刪除即可
